I own Collectively Captured, photography based in Bend, Oregon with a passion for capturing intimate moment for lifelong memories
I started this photography journey in the search for memories. I’ve always had a love and admiration of photography and I WAS one of those kids that did always have a camera. I loved taking photos with my friends and capturing fun times and memories.
BEYOND THE SURFACE
But as much as I can say those were the moments that made me fall in love with photography at a young age, I’d be lying. It goes deeper than that.
The more I’ve lived, the more I have loved and lost. I know how beautiful and fragile life can be. After losing my grandma and mom within 6 months of each other, I was searching for a feeling and moments in time to cling to. Going through these hard times is where I truly realized why I love photography so much.
It was the feeling that was brought back by looking at a photo. It was a memory that helped me not forget.
Collectively Captured is not just focuse on getting “good photos”, it’s about capturing a moment for you to feel again. Frozen for you to feel those same emotions you were feeling at that very moment. Frozen for you to remember someone who is becoming a distant memory.
This is photography to me. It’s not just about capturing those “picture perfect” photos, it’s the FEELINGS in those photos.
I created Collectively Captured with all of my personal feelings and emotions in mind and that longing to keep memories for others. I wanted to bring something tangible to my clients in the form of capturing memories and happy moments. I couldn’t have imagine how much joy and purpose this business would give to me over the last 5 years. It has absolutely blown me away. I’m truly love what I do and love being a service that provides so much happiness and joy to my clients.

My own love story…
You’re giving me the honor of capturing yours, it’s only fair that I share mine!
We met on match.com!
I was in college getting my degree from SDSU and he was in the military finishing up his Naval career. He wrote me the sweetest messages anyone man had ever written me and just like that we were off on our first date and I didn’t want it to end.
After a couple of months we moved in with each other and the rest was history. We spent the next 5 years living life in San Diego.

6 years after that we moved to Central Oregon & he proposed!
We were both longing for a place away from the big city. Living in San Diego was beautiful in so many ways but we both knew it wasn’t our forever place.
We visited Central Oregon for a potential job opportunity for Andrew and we fell in love.
On a random February day, he proposed! As random as the day was it was perfect and it’s also our daughter’s birthday.
Our best day ever!
We tied the knot in 2021 a Dee Bar Farms in Powell Butte, OR. It was the best day with all of our favorite people besides the ones that left us too soon.
It was such a special day full of so much love and happiness. We love going through our photos every anniversary and reliving it over and over again.

We welcomed our baby girl!
That very same day that he proposed but 3 years later we welcomed our sweet baby girl.
She is the best part of us and has made our love story so much more beautiful.
